Applies To All Network Sites
What
follows is a listing of all applicable terms and conditions
for every site on the Prime Element Creations network.
We may modify these terms at any time without notice to
you by posting the updated document on the site. Your
continued use of our sites constitutes your binding acceptance
of these terms, including any modifications that we make.
Account Creation: By choosing
to create and utilize an account, you agree that all information
supplied to us from you must be accurate. Users must be
at least 13 years of age or have written parental permission
to create an account. Each individual is permitted the
use of one account.
Liability: Although the
Prime Element Creations staff will attempt to keep all
objectionable content off of the forums and comment lists,
it is impossible for us to review all user submitted content.
All messages express the views of the author, and the
owners, staff, and affiliates of Prime Element Creations
cannot be held responsible for the content posted by any
user. Prime Element Creations reserves the right to change
or remove any user content, at any time, for any reason.
Offensive Material: Users
may not transmit or encourage others to transmit material
or links to material considered offensive in nature. This
includes, but is not limited to using vulgar, profane,
or sexually explicit language; using race, religion, sexual
orientation, culture, ethnicity, handicap, nationality,
or gender as a means of insult; using threatening, harassing,
defamatory, hate-speech, or libelous language; and posting,
requesting, or otherwise sharing material considered pornographic,
obscene, graphic, or hate-related.
Profanity & Word Filters:
Users are required to be civil and limit their usage of
profane language on all communication mediums. Automatic
word filtering is used in the event of a slip-up on the
part of the end-user. Any means used to attempt to bypass
this filter is strictly prohibited.
Insults/Flaming: Communications
that clearly insult other users, individually or as a
group, directly or indirectly, are not allowed.
Trolling (Inciting an off-topic
or insult-based argument): Messages intended solely
to annoy and/or offend other users by going against the
clear nature of a forum or topic are not allowed. This
includes, but is not limited to: provoking other users
to respond with insults; provoking fans of a particular
system or game, especially on forums or topics dedicated
to that system or game; making misleading topic titles;
asking obviously useless questions; and posting false
information as fact.
Disruptive Behavior: Behavior
that disrupts the site for other users, intentional or
not, is prohibited. This includes messages or images that
force browsers to scroll horizontally or otherwise manipulate
the layout in a way not intended, bumping older topics
(posting in them well after the last post), and posting
multiple identical or near-identical messages or topics.
Image Posting: Users wishing
to post images in both their signatures and regular content
must do so in a manner that does not disrupt normal browsing
of the site. Signature images must not exceed 500x120
pixels. All other images should be posted in thumbnail
form. At no time should a full size screenshot or picture
be included with any post.
Harassment/Privacy: Continual
harassing behavior directed towards a certain individual
or group with the intent of creating an intimidating,
offensive, or hostile environment on the site, with or
without use of explicit or implicit threats is strictly
prohibited. Posting contact or other private information
of any person is also prohibited.
Illegal Activity: Posts that
violate or incite others to violate the law are not permitted.
This includes asking for or providing illegal copies of
copyrighted material, and listing methods of circumventing
copyright protection.
Advertising: Messages
that clearly advertise a service or product are not allowed.
This includes unsolicited commercial or personal website
advertisements, sale or trade notices, scams, chain letters,
pyramid schemes, and referrer-based links. However, users
may include their website address in signatures, request
comments on their personal site in a social setting, or
provide, only once, an interesting or relevant link to
another site.
Off-Topic/Spam: Topicality is
expected and will be enforced on all forums not noted
as off-topic. Posts or topics that serve no purpose or
have no relevance, even in an off-topic environment, are
considered spam and will be removed.
Impersonation: Impersonating
other users by creating and/or using a user account with
a name clearly intended to impersonate, mock, or antagonize
another user, or otherwise falsely claiming to be another
member is strictly prohibited. |
