Usage of any Prime Element Creations
software product binds users to the following license
guidelines and policies. Prime Element Creations reserves
the right to amend or revise this document at any time.
Violations of any of the following guidelines or policies
grants Prime Element Creations the right to revoke a customer's
license without prior warning. Our software products may
not be utilized without a valid license.
Software Distribution
All licensed "full version" software may
not be distributed in any form, whether physically or
electronically, for any purpose other than personal backup.
In addition, user registration information (serial numbers,
keys) must be kept confidential and not be shared with
anyone.
Free software (freeware or demo) may be freely distributed
for no charge. Distributors must include all files, folders
and installers (if applicable), and the content within
should not be modified in any way.
Software Sales
All full version software sales are to be managed by Prime
Element Creations and authorized retailers only. Any reselling
not authorized by Prime Element Creations is strictly
prohibited. All free and demo software may also not be
sold whatsoever.
All product sales are final. There will be no refunds
of any kind, in part or in full, including exchanges for
credit or another product. It is recommended that customers
try a demo version prior to purchasing. Demos usually
contain a large portion of the full product, with several
minor hindrances, in order to showcase a particular product's
capabilities while still providing an incentive to purchase.
Multiple Licenses
Each copy (license) of a software product purchased
allows for usage of that product on only one computer
at time. To utilize that same product on more than one
PC, customers are required to purchase more licenses;
one for each additional computer.
Liability
Prime Element Creations assumes no responsibility
for any problems or damages that may result from the usage
of any of our software. Additionally, all software products
are provided as-is, and there are no warranties of any
kind, express or implied. Technical support is available,
but is reserved for product specific issues only.
Future Updates
Each license includes free access to all future updates
of that particular product, unless otherwise specified.
In the case of the latter, major revisions to a product
may be offered at a discounted price for existing customers.
Please be aware that updates are not guaranteed for any
product, and may cease at any time. |
